3 Different Types of Bone Cancer
April 24th, 2009 by admin
Bone cancer comes in three primary forms. Primary cancer means that the cancer itself originated in the bone versus secondary cancer in which a cancer from another part of the body has spread to the bone. The three primary types of bone cancer are Osteosarcoma, Ewing’s Sarcoma and Chondrosarcoma. Bone cancer of any type is frequently found in Caucasian males. Females and those of Asian or African-American ethnicity are in the minority with a bone cancer diagnosis. Osteosarcoma is a cancer that begins inside the tissue of a maturing bone. Ewing’s Sarcoma is another form of bone cancer that affects children and young adults. This is a highly malignant tumor that originates inside of bone marrow. Chondrosarcoma is the only type of bone cancer that does not generally affect a younger generation, but rather those who are over the age of fifty years old. This cancer develops in the cartilage of a bone.

Prostate treatments
December 16th, 2008 by admin
A lot of different ailments nowadays are treated with cryoablation, or in other words they use cold energy to kill cells or harmful tissues. I woulndn’t know so much about it if my dad didn’t have to receive Prostate Cryoablation treatment recently. Before we said OK to the procedure I did a lot of research on it. Which is true of any procedure, you should always do the research on it yourself and not rely on just the doctors point of view. They do give great info, but in my situation I understood it better after I was able to dig in to the info myself and get my own take on it.

Curing a nail fungus infection problem?
November 23rd, 2008 by admin
I have a problem with a nail infection in my toenails. I looked into going to the doctor and getting persription medication but my insurance doesn’t cover the visit or medication so I have decided to use over-the-counter products instead. After doing some reasearch, I decided to go with nonyx nail gel. I have been using it for the last week and have already seen a lot of progress to curing my nail infection. I think this product must work as well as any product you can get from your doctor.

What Happens To Child When Allergies Hit
November 4th, 2008 by admin
When kids suffer from nasal allergies, it is because their immune system is overreacting to a foreign body and creating an antibody that will help fight the allergen. The antibody causes histamine to be released which causes inflammation. This, in turn, causes things like congestion, itchy eyes, runny nose and sneezing. Allergic reactions happen when the body overreacts to things that are not usually harmful to the general population. Mold, animal dander, dust mites and mold are the main culprits. It is estimated that about forty million Americans, forty percent of those being children, are affected by nasal allergies severe enough to warrant treatment.
